Hart of The Valley Restaurant

Visit The Valley’s onsite restaurant Hart of The Valley! As a 5-star holiday park in Cornwall, there’s no need to leave our site on a sunny evening, as you can enjoy dinner around the pool or inside our cosy restaurant with a cocktail in hand.

Head Chef Ondine and the team use locally sourced ingredients to provide you with the best taste Cornwall has to offer, creating delicious favourites the whole family will enjoy and home-cooked dishes using fresh Cornish produce.

When is Hart of The Valley Restaurant Open?

The restaurant and bar will be open on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays and one Sunday a month for a traditional Sunday lunch. Hart of The Valley will also be serving breakfasts twice a week soon, as well as cream teas and home made treats!

Mondays: Fresh hand-stretched pizzas, hot from the wood-fired oven.
Thursdays: Street food night! This will include delicious dishes like Greek, Korean, or Indian cuisine.
Friday: Ondine’s classic menu includes tasty steaks, freshly caught local fish, and delicious vegan fare.
Saturday: Dine on a special 4-course themed menu on occasions, alternating with the classic menu.

MasterChef Marvel Ondine is taking over!

Ondine has been delighting you with dishes at Azura for many years, and we are excited that our talented friend and MasterChef semi-finalist has taken on ownership of the restaurant! Hart of The Valley will be a family-run venture, providing The Valley guests and local residents with delicious, fresh, local cuisine.

Ondine has previously worked alongside renowned chefs, including Matt Tebbott, Jean Christophe Novelle and Sophie Grigson and has been awarded Chef of The Year and Spice Chef of The Year for consecutive years.
