COVID – 19 Update
In light of the Covid-19 situation, we are following official guidelines from the UK government regarding non-essential travel and we are currently moving bookings until the end of April and early May to later in the year and are closed to all but Key workers, and people who can’t stay in their main residence.
This will be constantly reviewed based on government advice. Any check-ins after can be self-check ins and guests on site can request fresh linen to be delivered to their cottage door for a charge.
We would we’d like to reassure our guests that have bookings for middle May and beyond that we are continuously assessing the situation and will contact you prior to your arrival date if the situation hasn’t changed.
We are continuing to adhere to our already high standards of cleanliness at The Valley. We pride ourselves for our 5* standard of cleaning within our cottages for guests at all times.
All of our cottages are self-catering and the cottages have a good amount of distance between one another. Our site is gated, which allows for us to control who has access to our site and makes it nice and secure. Our tranquil location is also just outside of local towns.
We’re continuing to follow the developments on a daily basis and in this rapidly changing situation. We are following the official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health. We ask for our guests to do so too.
On the plus side, we are still taking bookings for later in the year, and have also reduced our prices for next year so they are the same as this year for anyone wanting to move their holiday due to Lock Down. We are very much hoping to open fully on the 3rd June at the moment, but things are rapidly changing so please keep an eye on this page for any change.
