Pendennis Castle Ghost Tours

If you’re staying in one of the many cottages in Cornwall, and you’re they type of person who enjoys a little scare, then there’s a great opportunity to spend a spooky evening at Pendennis Castle on March 9th.

The tours around the castle a split into two groups, one for families and the other adults only, to make sure the little ones aren’t too spooked.

The families will be able to head off around the castle in small groups lead by various historic characters, to soak up the atmosphere and learn about various areas like the Half Moon Battery and the underground magazine.

For the adults there’s ghost stories thrown into the mix, told by the likes of Captain Melville, a one-armed governor who watches over the ships sailing in to Falmouth.

At the end of the tours all the groups get to warm up again with piping hot soup and tasty treats to end the tour.
