Jazz maestro YolanDa Brown set for Cornwall performance

British jazz musician YolanDa Brown is preparing to delight audiences in Cornwall this spring, as part of a series of dates across the UK.

The double MOBO Award winning saxophonist, who is widely regarded as one of the most exciting and sought after performers on the live circuit, will be performing at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro on Friday 25 May.

She became the first musician to win Best Jazz Act at the MOBO Awards in consecutive years, whilst she has also worked with and performed alongside the likes of The Temptations, Errol Brown, Courtney Pine, Mica Paris and as part of Jools Holland’s Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.

As if to cement her status as an in-demand talent, she has played to the President of Russia, whilst she is also a Celebrity Ambassador for HRH The Prince of Wales and His Prince’s Trust

Be sure to catch the jazz maestro live should you be enjoying a stay in some beautiful cottages in Cornwall this May.
