CLASSICAL MUSICIAN JULIAN LLOYD WEBBER SET FOR TRURO SHOW

Internationally renowned cellist and classical musician Julian Lloyd Webber is coming to Truro this spring, it has been confirmed.
One of the most celebrated British musicians of his generation, the second son of composer William Lloyd Webber and younger brother of musical composer Andrew has worked with a variety of performers including Georg Solti, Lorin Maazel and Neville Mariner.
Having made his professional debut at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, London when he gave the first London performance of the cello concerto by composer and conductor Sir Arthur Bliss, he went on to make many recordings, including his BRIT Award winning Wlgar Cello Concerto, which was conducted by legendary Russian Jewish violinist Yehudi Menuhin.
One of the most highly regarded musicians on the circuit, Julian Lloyd Webber is set to perform at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro on Thursday 15 March, the perfect accompaniment to a stay in one of the Cornwall cottages available in the county.
