Popular musician Andy Abraham to perform in Truro

Talented musician and former reality television star Andy Abraham is set to perform in Cornwall this spring as part of his History of the Big Bands UK tour.

The X Factor finalist, who held a position as a refuse collector before his big break, was narrowly beaten by Shayne Ward in the 2005 competition, but went on to forge a successful solo career.

His debut album ‘The Impossible Dream’ peaked at number two in the UK Album charts and was certified platinum due to its strong sales, selling 176,000 copies in its first week.

He also entered the Eurovision Song Contest in 2008, beating favourite Michelle Gayle through a public vote to represent the UK.

One of the most soulful voices in the British music industry, Abraham will be performing at the Hall For Cornwall in Truro on Friday 20 April. It could be a great event to enjoy whilst staying in some gorgeous 5 star accommodation in Cornwall this summer.
