Choir set to perform in Cornwall this spring

The acclaimed Mevagissey Male Voice Choir is set to perform in Cornwall this May, regarded by many as one of the largest and most successful Male Voice Choirs in the country.

Based in the small, immensely pretty fishing village of Mevagissey, the group contains almost 70 singing members and gives approximately 25 concerts per year throughout England.

They have performed concerts across the UK and overseas, at venues including St Michael’s Cave in Gibraltar, the stunning Teatro Batazar Dias in Madeira and arenas in USA, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany and Holland. They have also taken part in all the International Male Voice Choral Festivals held at the Hall for Cornwall in Truro, faring well against some very stiff competition from the rest of Europe.

Overlooking the stunning Cornish coast, the Minack Theatre in Penzance will provide the perfect venue for this marvellous group, who will be performing there on May 5. Be sure to enjoy the show whilst staying in some stunning 5 star accommodation in Cornwall this spring.
