The Drifters set for Cornwall summer gig

One of the longest serving bands in history is going on tour, stopping off in Cornwall as the county prepares to roll out the red carpet for The Drifters this summer.

Despite undergoing many changes throughout the band’s illustrious history, they continue to generate hit after hit, and have sold more than 114 million albums and 214 million singles across the world.

Audiences can expect the current line-up to perform a treasure trove of past hits as well as some new material, with traditional favourites including ‘Saturday Night at the Movies’, ‘Under The Boardwalk’ and ‘Come On Over To My Place’ likely to be included in the set.

Performing at the Princess Pavilion in Falmouth on Thursday 28 June, be sure to book tickets quickly and ensure your place amongst the audience. It represents just one of many great nights out available to those planning a summer sojourn in some 5 star accommodation in Cornwall, the perfect base for an unforgettable British vacation.
