Count the residents at Newquay Aquarium and win a year’s membership

One of the most popular attractions in the region, the Blue Reef Aquarium in Newquay is the place for people to get up close and personal with some of the most beautiful animals of the sea.

The attraction is currently having a huge count of its residents as part of the annual census, one which all the public are being urged to join in with. Being the home to tropical sharks, giant Pacific octopus, seahorses and lobsters, it gives the chance for all members of the family to discover the full range of animals on offer. Once you have given your estimation to the staff there will be an official count, with the person who is closest to the figure winning a year’s membership at the aquarium.

The public is being invited to take part in the census at Newquay Aquarium until Sunday 13 January. If you are currently enjoying your holiday in any of the nearby cottages in Cornwall, be sure to come along before it’s too late!
