CORNWALL ONE OF THE STOPS FOR FIRST EVER TOUR OF 'MOUSETRAP'
29 January 2013
The Hall for Cornwall recently announced that they'll be hosting Agatha Christie's famous 'Mousetrap' production this May.
The famous Truro theatre has been chosen as one of the stops for the first ever tour of the play. Mousetrap's biggest claim to fame is the fact it's the longest running British theatre production, with over 25,000 performances in the 60 years since it first came to the stage.
The play focuses on the story of a group of people who become trapped in a country house, cut off from the outside world by a heavy snowfall. The group's thrown into chaos when one of its members is murdered. What follows is a tale which delves into the sordid pasts of the remaining group members, drawing together the delicate threads of an intricate plot.
The play takes place from May 20th – 25th and it's ideal for anyone staying in 5 star cottages in Cornwall. More information can be found on the Hall for Cornwall website and tickets can be booked via the box office (01872 262 466).
