Improvements planned for Hayle town centre

The centre of Hayle could soon benefit from some improvements which would make a visit to the town even better. Shop owners from Hayle, members of the chamber of commerce and the town council recently put forward a number of ideas that could see the High Street undergo a few changes.

Plans for the town centre involve creating a better parking system, adding new signs and providing more tourist information, all things that visitors to the area would certainly see the benefits of. A study by Cornwall Council showed that Hayle currently has 100% occupancy of its shops and restaurants, indicating that the improvements will add to what is already a successful, vibrant and diverse town centre.

Hayle is one of the many towns that people choose to visit when staying in luxury accommodation in Cornwall, enjoying its coastal beauty and world heritage status as part of the Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape. A day out visiting Hayle could soon get even better when the go ahead is given for these improvements.
