Easter themed art exhibition featuring at Truro Cathedral

Local artist Zoe Cameron has masterminded a unique exhibition in Truro, one which is currently featuring inside the Cornish city's iconic cathedral and tells the story behind the true celebrations of Easter.

Called Stations of the Cross, the exhibition has been designed especially to feature in the cathedral's All Saints Chapel just before the Easter period. The artist has created a selection of ten canvasses which depict the last hours of the life of Christ, from his time in the Garden of Gethsemane through to his Crucifixion and incredible Resurrection. The exhibition has been altered to fit within the stone arches of the All Saints Chapel, thanks to the handywork from local carpenter Anthony Pascoe.

Stations of the Cross will feature at the Cathedral until April 14. If you are staying in any of the self catering cottages in Cornwall during the period, be sure to come and discover this amazing art display.
