GOURMET PASTY RANGE LAUNCHES TO GREAT SUCCESS IN FOWEY
28 May 2013
Pasty lovers who are looking forward to enjoying a Cornwall holiday this summer will want to head down to Fowey, where a new gourmet pasty range was unveiled this week.
The Posh Pasty is the brainchild of James and Holly Strawbridge, who together dreamt of taking one of their favourite Cornish treats and adding a gourmet twist to it. Made from the best quality locally sourced ingredients, Posh Pasties were unveiled last Bank Holiday Monday at Lazy Jack's Kitchen in Fowey.
Michael Redmond, owner of Lazy Jack's, has said that it was hard to keep up with demand for the Posh Pasties on the day that they were unveiled, and although they cost a little bit more than the average pasty, he said that they are "definitely worth the extra!"
Sure to make a delicious lunch for anyone visiting Fowey whilst on holiday in Cornwall, Posh Pasties could soon be on the menu across the county. Try one at Lazy Jack's Kitchen on your next visit to the Duchy.
