Mevagissey Feast Week to return in coming weeks

The Mevagissey Feast Week is set to feature in the coming weeks, sure to offer a superb event to be enjoyed by anyone on their holidays to Cornwall.

Featuring in the town from 23-29 June, it has been taking place since 1752 and is believed to be one of the oldest annual events in the Duchy. If you are looking for an example of local Cornwall traditions, this event certainly won't disappoint.

It promises to offer family fun in abundance, with everything from boat and raft races to a variety of children's entertainment to keep both young and old entertained. On top of this, the majority of festival events are free of charge.

There will also be a variety of fish dishes available to sample, giving visitors a chance to discover the famed produce which is caught throughout the year in the region's waters.
