Cornwall Food & Drink Festival back this September

The best of Cornwall's food and drink scene will be in Truro this month for the annual Cornwall Food & Drink Festival. Sure to attract those who are staying in luxury self catering Cornwall cottages, plenty of exciting new additions are set for the 2013 festival, which will be running from 27-29 September.

Truro's Lemon Quay will be transformed into a food-lover's heaven at the end of the month for the 10th anniversary of the Cornwall Food & Drink Festival, and a new addition for this year is the pop-up Croust Kitchens, which will be offering mouth-watering street food from some of the region's best chefs. Alongside this will be demonstrations from top cooks in the Chefs' Theatre and Croust Bar Masterclass Theatre.

The Food & Drink Pavilion will be appearing once again, offering visitors the chance to see, sample and purchase some of the county's best produce, from ice cream and clotted cream to meat and award-winning Cornish Yarg. Entry is free, so why not head along with all the family?

More information about the festival can be found on the Cornwall Food & Drink website.
