Our holiday cottages reside in a peaceful gated area providing a sense of security for you and your family. No one other than the staff and guests can access the holiday park, so you will have complete comfort in knowing your family is safe.
At The Valley, we pride ourselves on our sensational exclusive swimming and leisure facilities, including heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa pool, games room, fitness suite and tennis courts! If you are looking for a luxury Cornwall holiday parks with a pool, look no further. You can book your own time in the indoor pool, and there is a large play park right next to the outdoor pool. You can also relax with a drink at the bar whilst you keep an eye on the family!

Our site extends across 13 pretty acres, so there is plenty of room for all of you to stretch your legs, dogs included! We have private woodland around the edge of the park, where you can look for Pixie’s who have made themselves at home…
There are plenty of play areas for children of all ages and themed activities for families to enjoy throughout the year!
This year we have introduced a lots of new activities at The Valley, free to enjoy when you stay during the Summer holidays! There is something new and exciting for the whole family to enjoy. You can learn professional archery on our tennis courts, meet lots of exotic creatures close up with Mark’s Ark, take part in lawn games, arts and crafts and there is also kids yoga on the lawn!
If self-catering doesn’t satisfy your appetite, we have a sensational onsite restaurant, Azura restaurant. Our restaurant provides a spectacular selection of main courses, light bites and children’s dishes. Azura is open from 30th March until the end of October half term, so be sure to pop in!
We also offer delicious pre-booked holiday dining plans with homemade meals cooked with local and fresh ingredients so that you do not need to worry about cooking and focus on spending quality bonding time with your family!
Alternatively, there are some fantastic south coast restaurants to dine in near Falmouth, all within a fifteen-minute drive from The Valley.
