Visit Cornwall has shared a fantastic video which shows how Cornwall has come alive with light this December!
The travel agency, which is responsible for advertising the county, has filmed the video and posted it to its Youtube channel, allowing us to see just what a fantastic place we’re lucky enough to call home.
The video shows how Cornwall is ablaze with the light of winter festivals this month. We’ve seen a range of events take place so far, from magical lantern processions to ice-skating under sparkling colour, and the night skies have been glowing with the twinkling displays found in hamlets and harbours across the county.
It shows ice skaters at the Eden sessions, Mousehole’s famous Christmas harbour lights and fireworks over St Ives.
There have been lantern processions through Truro and Falmouth, on the Valley’s doorstep, in the last few weeks too.
So if you’re thinking of taking a last minute family break, or are already planning next year’s family friendly cottage holidays, you could do worse than think about coming to Cornwall in December!
