KerNOW! Music Festival set to rock Cornwall this Bank Holiday Weekend

August 27th, 2015

What’s On, in collaboration with Easy Action Records and the new Mono venue in Falmouth, are running KerNOW! this Bank Holiday weekend, which promises three nights of the best current music in Cornwall.

Running from Friday 28th until Sunday 30th August, the event will be raising funds for the Children’s Hospice South West, with all proceeds from ticket sales going to the charity.

The event also coincides with the release of Cornwall Calling, which is a compilation album celebrating the very best in local music. Those who purchase a weekend ticket will receive a copy of the album.

Featuring a plethora of musical variety, ranging from heavy to pure pop, the event promises to provide something to suit your taste, with the added bonus of doing great work to provide money for such a worthwhile local charity.

King Creature from St Austell are headlining Friday night, and recently went down a storm when they supported Motorhead and The Stranglers at the Eden Sessions in June. Joined by the likes of Honey, The Isabelles, Wolf Note and The Velvet Hands over the weekend, you will be spoilt for choice. There will be a different DJ every night filling the gap between bands, meaning the music will be non-stop!

This is the perfect event to visit this Bank Holiday, especially when you won’t have to get up early on Monday! Located just a short distance from our five star luxury cottages, Cornwall’s finest musical talent is waiting to blow your mind!
