At The Valley, we pride ourselves on our incredible location in the centre of Cornwall, meaning we are the perfect base to explore from between both the North and South coast. We are ideally located for visiting a wide range of Cornish attractions, including the Eden Project, Cornish Seal Sanctuary and Flambards Theme Park. Only ten minutes away from some of the coast’s best beaches, you won’t miss a second of family fun while staying with us.

The Valley boasts heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa pool, games room, fitness suite, tennis courts and more! We also run free school holiday activity weeks on-site. You can book your own time in the indoor pool giving your family privacy too, more details on the pool can be found here.
During the summer, you can also relax with a drink at the bar of our on site restaurant whilst you keep an eye on the family in the outdoor pool.
The games room is open between 9am-9pm daily, offering older children and teenagers a place to relax.
Our site extends across 13 pretty acres, so there is plenty of room to explore! Our private woodland around the edge of the park features Pixies who have made themselves at home…

We also drop leaflets to each cottage with itineraries and days out, tailored to the weather! Our fabulous location in central Cornwall makes us a great base for the best days out, including Healey’s Cyder Farm, The Eden Project, Flambards, Lappa Valley & more.

Our restaurant provides a spectacular selection of main courses, light bites and children’s dishes. Hart of The Valley is open from 30th March until the end of October half term and is ran by MasterChef marvel Ondine- so be sure to pop in!
Alternatively, there are some fantastic south coast restaurants to dine in near Falmouth, all within a fifteen-minute drive from The Valley.
